Concrete Services New York LLC (CSNY) is a locally owned business of experienced craftsmen & women providing professional concrete contracting. While we focus on servicing the Metro New York market from Montauk to Westchester we go wherever you need us!

Creating a customizable floor that’s both resilient and beautiful takes a bit of work. CSNY and its crew are certified to operate the newest tools and latest techniques providing a quality product every time. We start off with prepping the floor by grinding it with industrial strength diamonds, adding personalized style and color along the way then polishing it off with progressively finer diamond grits creating an end result of beauty and durability.

CSNY strives for quality concrete solutions for your home and business offering a variety of finishes, including surface preparation, stained and polished concrete. self-leveling, micro-topping, epoxy coating, terrazzo, & more. With over 30 years in the industry working with a wide array of businesses, trades, and homeowners we’ve seen a bit of everything. General Manager
Edgar Escobar

Edgar is our boots on the ground general manager. Once it is time to commence a job Edgar makes sure that the team is prepared with proper equipment and materials and overseeing all the processes. Edgar has 17+ years of experience in flooring. After starting in wood flooring, carpet, and tile, his expertise quickly expanded into decorative concrete. Having been in the concrete flooring industry for 11_ years with “on-the-job” training he has become skilled in a variety of machines, materials, and procedures. Edgar has done it all from a 100 square foot garage to pouring and polishing 50,000 square feet in Manhattan tall buildings.

Estimator & Planning Manager

Carl Eisenberg

After just celebrating his 60th year of working and his 17th year in the decorative concrete trade. He intends to keep working until they put him in the old folk’s home. Carl loves what he does and enjoys helping people meet their needs in this exceedingly challenging trade. Carl’s job is to understand what is needed, the best way to achieve it, and how to do it in the most cost-effective manner. Carl’s goal is to provide CSNY’s clients with high-quality solutions and has spent the last 10+ years at Decorative Concrete of New York doing just that. Carl is a certified ST-115 operator and certified as a “Decorative Concrete Estimator”.

Project Manager

Ray Escobar

Beginning his career in concrete flooring at Decorative Concrete of NY seven years ago as a helper and in three years advanced to a team leader with the skills of someone twice his age. Today he is skilled in all facets of decorative concrete and flooring. Ray is currently serving as a project manager running jobs ranging from 100 square foot residential bathrooms to 25,000 square foot jobs in the tall buildings of Manhattan. His is meticulous in his work and takes tremendous pride in his accomplishment of having become a skilled artisan and team leader. When Ray runs a job, you know it will be done on time with great results with the mentality of an old work craftsmen.

Dinah Sosa

With 20+ years of experience working directly with contractors, accounting, finance, having a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and an AA, Dinah is well equipped to guide us through the obstacle course of today’s overabundance of rules, regulations, and forms. Having a team member who is able pay attention to all the details with accuracy is essential to the success of any small business today. She has entrenched herself as an integral part of the company succuss and is a leading member in key decision making. When Dinah speaks, we listen carefully, as she makes certain that we stay in compliance so that we can focus on serving the needs of our clients and not worry about back-office protocols.

Bringing a comprehensive skill set to the table and a Bachelor's degree in marketing as well as 10+ years of experience in the construction industry Mae is a excellent fit for our team.
